We test every site before marking it as complete and make sure that we do not break any site functionality. In addition, we create full site backups prior to starting. In the rare cases where something does go wrong, we are able to restore to a backup instantly.

I AM USING WOOCOMMERCE, WILL YOUR SERVICE BE ABLE TO HELP ME?

Of course, we love everything WordPress and that includes WooCommerce. We do however recommend clients to get a solid host as shared hosting environments for WooCommerce have a long term impact on site performance. But fret not, we’re able to introduce some awesome hosts to fit your budg

HOW MUCH FASTER WILL MY SITE BE?

The aim is to have your site load in under 3 seconds. Ultimately it is quite dependent on your website host. We’ve helped clients get to 1.2 seconds on shared GoDaddy hosting but they might have been lucky and been placed on a relatively vacant server. Our VPS and managed hosting partners usually get a sub 1 second load to the main market they serve.

CAN YOU FIX MY OTHER WORDPRESS ISSUES?

Yes, but it’s not included as part of our speed optimization packages. Site fixes are separate and charged at $100/hour USD.
